Competition Guidelines

All entries for 100 show must have been designed by firms or individuals in the state of Utah, Idaho and Nevada. The designs you submit may have been created for clients in any market. In addition, all entries must have been first published, printed, or circulated between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2011. This competition is limited to commercially produced printed, narrative, interactive media and student work. Student Entries are judged separately for the appropriated Student Merit and Student Copper Ingot awards. Entries are judged on the overall effectiveness of the design solution and the design brief, without regard to category. Any pieces that were created in a speculative manner are not eligible for this competition.

Date & Time

All entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday March 16th, with an extended late-fee deadline of Wednesday, March 28th, 2012. Judging takes place in SLC on Friday, March 30th, 2012, and winners will receive written notification in early April. Merit and Copper Ingot awards will be presented to winners attending the AIGA 100 Show Design Gala & Benefit.
