Such a simple staple as dried beans do not receive the same attention and care as other organic foods in most marketplaces. Most are packaged in disposable plastic which quickly gets thrown into a landfill or the environment. On another note, raw beans produce three times as many cooked beans found in a can of beans. The target audience are ages 20-30, middle-upper class, health conscious, possibly vegan or gluten intolerant, environmentally aware, experimental, willing to learn, appreciate clear directions, like to be creative, and appreciate bold flavors. Beans Co. is the environmentally-friendly, sustainable solution while being useful and straightforward in their branding approach. The sustainably farmed, organic dried beans are packaged in 100% recyclable and reusable glass jars.
