The goal was to create a visual metaphor that represented emerging skills in a fun way. We wanted to take a very industry-specific piece of content and make it approachable for multiple audiences. We partnered with the amazing team at Commonwealth Studios to tell the story of emerging skills through the concept of eggs, something unexpected and memorable.
