Project

To create a typographic poster with the main goal being ‘fusion’ between type and imagery.
I began painting on a wooden panel using a technique that mixes acrylic paint and isopropyl alcohol. The alcohol creates strange forms that appear like organic cells. After finishing the painting, I took my process into design software where I added type. From there, I experimented with how I could combine the type with the imagery. The steps included working in both material and digital formats to allow for unexpected results.
