Nova Nail Bar is disrupting the nail salon industry. They use only the highest quality, cruelty-free polishes, pay their nail artists like artists deserved to be paid, give back to the community, and always aim to make each piece of nail art as beautiful and unique as the client who wears it. The branding needed to be memorable in order to start generating brand recognition and that cult clientele. Tying into the namesake, a custom logotype was designed in order to create the perfect balance between feminine and bold. A shining star was incorporated into the "N" making the "N" work easily as an emblem too. Colors were chosen to reflect a feminine but more luxurious feel with the deep navy, rich salmon, and bright and icy light blue. This more colorful approach also helps Nova Nail Bar stand out from the traditional salon color schemes of black and white.
