Having a working relationship spanning several years, our friends at Ritual approached us to help create a unique set of packages for the holiday season. Having one unified design, the package would need to come in three sizes (one containing 4 bars, one 5, and the other 17) and be a display of craftsmanship without entirely stealing the thunder from the chocolate bars within.
Our solution was to couple one of the lesser-used colors in the Ritual palette—black—with gold foil patterning reflective of the line work on each bar of chocolate. This created a high-class feel and enabled the holiday boxes to be a work of art in their own right, while also letting the bright colors of each chocolate bar to stand out. Perfect for a holiday gift.
